Sam Noel
Founder and CEO
After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science degree in Speech Communications, Sam spent 10 years in Banking before entering the Construction Industry. As Construction Manager for Barnet Lane Investments, Sam developed and built shopping centers and commercial properties. Together, Sam and Judy founded Monument Custom Builders in 1991.
Judy Noel
Co-Founder and Designer
Also a Graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Judy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. Before joining Sam in the Building business Judy worked as a Retail Buyer. Judy is the creative force behind Monument Custom Builders and her experience helps her give insight to customers when choosing the interior finishes and fixtures that make their home unique. Judy values quality and style when making selections and can help every step of the way in creating the home of your dreams.
Will Noel
Superintendent
Will played football for Tulsa University and graduated with a degree in Communications and a minor in History. Will joined the business 8 years ago. As a Superintendent for the company Will takes on each project with dedication and offers an exceptional white glove building experience. In addition to his construction knowledge, Will's eye for luxury homes helps him greatly when building our customer's dream home. Will's passion for home building drives him to work hard to move each project along swiftly while providing the top craftsmanship.
Emily Noel
Designer
Emily graduated from The University of Texas, with a Bachelor's degree in Textiles and Design. She took her talents to New York City and worked in several jobs within the fashion and footwear industry. Moving to Houston after New York, she began to focus her career in Interior Design, while working for a high end residential interior design firm. Emily decided to join the family business 2 years ago and handles everything design related. Her passion is helping customers make their home reflect their individual style. Her taste for fine architecture and eye for design helps her guide customers in making all the selections for their home.
